Refund policy

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchases. If by any chance the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to discuss it further with you. We generally do not accept returns on handmade items unless there is a defect, or if you were accidentally sent the wrong item. We strive to accurately represent the quality of our products in the pictures and description. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
